By accessing or using the Niize platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PR SOFTWARE MALL S.R.L., a company registered in Romania ("Niize", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Romania and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceedings in Romania.
